Guests will be able to call and WhatsApp us with any enquiries and we will be happy to help. Guests will be sent all relevant information about your property including details of self check in, house rules and other information to make their stay enjoyable. We will stay in contact after to get important feedback on their stay.
We provide a hotel grade linen service, ensuring your guests have a quality night sleep on every booking. Linens are of course changed for every stay and on longer term bookings, extra linen changes can be arranged for your guests.
We create and maintain your property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com and other major booking platforms, ensuring your listing is seen by the right people. Our team will manage and be the point of contact for all enquiries, with a fast response rate to ensure successful bookings. Our management ensures a smooth transition between stays and avoids double bookings between platforms. We manage check ins to suit both the landlord and guests. Our 24 hour check in service takes the stress out of late check ins and lost keys with the use of secure key boxes; meaning no late night call outs for you. Guests will be given clear details well in advance to ensure a smooth check in and check out.
Whether you have experience in the serviced accommodation industry or you are new to the process. We assess your property before it goes live to ensure you are maximising its potential. We follow procedures to understand who will be staying in your property and why. Collecting details such as the nature of the trip, any previous reviews on platforms and any associated company information. A security deposit will be taken and terms and conditions signed prior to check in. With our monitoring of the property before and after a stay, we will be able to act fast on any issues. We can also offer a security camera install at the entrance of your home so activity in and out can be monitored.
